I Hate to Come Off Stalkerish...

...BUT I fear that might be how I look as soon as I share my exciting news of this otherwise uneventful Tuesday. Ready?

Warning: It's totally Jane-related so if you're tired of my I-Love-Jane-Pratt-and-it's-always-been-my-dream-to-work-for-her-in-some-writerly-capacity-since-the-age-of-ten ramblings, go ahead and skip over this. I'm so excited, I probably won't even realize.

So anyway, I won this Jane/Twitter contest. Because I was one of the first 1000 followers, I was entered in the contest. Though I didn't get the grand prize (spend a day hanging out w/ Jane and doing fun stuff) or the three first prizes (xoJane care package w/ cool sounding stuff), I WAS one of the 30 runner-ups who won "sexy XOJane stickers and a personal note (from Jane)".

In other news, what a difference a day makes! My son, who I thought for sure had transformed into a little monster in front of my eyes yesterday, was so sweet and well-behaved today. I mean he still dabbled in toddler drama, but it was way more in check than yesterday's all out, all day tantrum-fest.

Maybe it's the new California Baby "Cranky" bubble bath we used this morning? Does it have some wonderful secret ingredients specially formulated to tame toddlers? Hmm...tangerine, sweet orange & chamomile. Best not to over-analyze a good day.
